Calmara Shipping Policy
At Calmara, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders, because getting relief shouldn’t come with extra costs.
Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for it to be processed and dispatched. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary based on your location. Below are our estimated transit times:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 5–8 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 5–8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
🌍 Worldwide: 5–21 business days
Please note: customs delays and holiday volume may affect delivery speed. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Shipping Information Accuracy
It’s important that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us at mahdi@calmara.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but once an order enters processing, we may not be able to modify it.
If our system detects an incomplete or potentially incorrect address, we’ll reach out within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t receive a response in that time, your order may be cancelled.
Delivery Delays
We know how important timely delivery is. While we ship promptly, external factors like severe weather, courier issues, customs delays, or carrier backlog may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve issues quickly.
If there’s an unexpected delay in your shipment or order processing, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your package goes missing or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at mahdi@calmara.com. We’ll assist you and also encourage you to file a claim directly with the courier.
Please note: Calmara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the courier. These cases fall outside of our refund policy, but we will always do what we can to help. In certain situations, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
