Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order begins processing, we may not be able to cancel or edit it. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, we want to make it right. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Minor packaging damage such as a dented box is not considered product damage. To report a damaged item, email mahdi@calmaras.com within 72 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged product. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted carriers to ensure smooth delivery, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control. Calmara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for delays that occur once the item has shipped. For any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. After this window, we may not be able to update the address, and we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
